Description
My name is Darren Pepper and I am an Level 5 CIPD Associate. I have spent the last 10 years of my career within Recruitment, Operations and Human Resources. I have recruited hundreds of positions across Finance, Automotive, Aviation, Engineering, IT, Warehousing, Operations, Marketing and HR. Most recently i have been acting in the positions of HR Manager or Head of HR across a number of industries, interviewing new staff members. I have also held CV writing and interview preperation sessions for school leavers.
